Returns policy
Returns At the fragrance stop, we ensure customer satisfaction, Customers have the right to return their order within 14 working days of receiving their goods. Where the customer exercises their right to cancel an order, the product costs only will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of returned goods as we do not refund postal charges, The fragrance stop will also charge a 20% restocking fee for returned products. All returned products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been used, postage costs will only be refunded if goods received were incorrect, faulty or damaged upon receipt, photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.
Returned items should be sent by Recorded Delivery, the fragrance stop will not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. All returned goods must be unused and in its original condition to qualify for a full refund. Damaged Goods, If you you receive a damaged item, you will be issued either a replacement or a full refund, whichever option the customer chooses. To qualify for a replacement or a full refund, the customer must return the damaged product to the fragrance stop. In the event where the damaged goods cannot be returned, the customer must provide photo evidence of the item being damaged and a full refund will be issued. Complaints Our primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and will always do our best to see our customers completely satisfied, however at times mistakes can happen and their could be certain events which take place that is out of our hands. In those circumstances, if you have any issues or complaints, please speak to us first and we will do our level best to deal with the complaint in a satisfactory manner.

handling time 0-1 days after placing an order with us. We aim to ship orders within 1 working day. expected delivery time 1-3 business days We provide a tracked delivery service with low and high value items and aim to have all goods delivered within 1 to 4 days of placing the order.
You will be required to pay delivery charges (Flat rate £3.99) in addition to the price for the goods you purchase.
You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
