At The Fragrance Stop, customer satisfaction is very important to us. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.
Returns & Cancellations

Customers in the UK have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 working days of receiving their goods.

Where the right to cancel is exercised, product costs only will be refunded (not postage costs). Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the returned goods.

A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returned products.
⚠️ Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, fragrance oils, attars, and perfume products that have been opened, tested, or used cannot be returned or refunded unless they are incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon receipt. Only unused and unopened products in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.
Postage Costs

Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the goods are incorrect, faulty, or damaged upon delivery.

We recommend returning items via Recorded Delivery. Please note that The Fragrance Stop does not cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or courier services.
Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you are entitled to either a replacement or a full refund.

To qualify, the damaged/incorrect item must be returned to us.

If returning is not possible, clear photographic evidence of the damage/issue must be provided before a refund or replacement can be processed.

Shipping Policy

Handling Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 0–1 working days.

Delivery Time: We aim to deliver within 1–3 working days (most orders arrive within 1–4 days).

Delivery Charge: A flat rate of £3.99 applies to all orders.

Address Accuracy: Please ensure you provide a full and accurate delivery address, including recipient name. The Fragrance Stop cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or incorrect deliveries caused by incomplete or inaccurate address details provided by the customer.
