This section applies only to private individuals purchasing for personal use. Business or resale purchases are covered under the Business & Wholesale Returns Policy (see section 2).
1.1 Your Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your goods.

1.2 Refunds under the 14-Day Cancellation Right
If you cancel within this period, we will refund:

Note: Upgraded delivery services (e.g., next-day delivery) are not refundable.
1.3 Condition of Returned Goods

Items must be returned in the same condition you received them.

You may open the packaging to inspect the product as you would in a shop.

If the product has been used beyond what is necessary to inspect it, or is damaged, we may deduct an amount to reflect any loss in value (per Consumer Contracts Regulations).

For hygiene and safety reasons, products used beyond simple inspection cannot be returned.
1.4 Items That Cannot Be Returned

1.5 Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, leaking, or incorrect:

We will replace or refund the item in full once verified.
1.6 Return Shipping Costs

2. Business & Wholesale Returns Policy (B2B Orders Only)
This section applies only to business customers, trade buyers, resellers, manufacturers, or anyone purchasing for commercial, professional, or resale purposes.
Important: At checkout, customers must indicate whether they are purchasing as a business or consumer. Bulk or wholesale products (100ml–1kg) are automatically treated as business purchases if selected as such.
2.1 No Cooling-Off Period for Business Customers
Business purchases are not covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Wholesale and B2B orders do not have a 14-day cancellation right and are not eligible for return due to change of mind.
2.2 Non-Returnable Goods
All wholesale and business orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless the goods are:

2.6 Incorrect Address / Delivery Failures
